I'm Zach. I've been addicted to learning for as long as I can remember. I like finding a tool that solves a problem someone has been putting up with for years, then helping them use it in their own business.

I worked in residential construction, first as a project manager and then as a senior project manager. Process improvement was always front of mind. AI gave me another way to put that work into practice.

That turned into the framework I run on my own business and my clients': AOA — Audit, Optimize, Automate. Find the painpoint. Fix the process before layering AI on top of it. Then automate the version that actually works. Automating a broken process can make the same mistakes happen faster.

Do I need to be technical?

No technical background is required. We choose recommendations around how you and your team work, including what you are willing to learn. Setup requirements are part of the report.

We already tried software and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

That failed tool is the most useful thing you can tell me. It sets the bar: everything I recommend has to be simpler than what already failed, or it doesn't make the report.

Is this an AI sales pitch?

The assessment can recommend ordinary software, a feature you already pay for, or a process change. When AI fits, the report explains why and what it costs.

What does a recommendation look like?

This example is hypothetical. An owner spends 45 minutes copying job details each weekday: 45 × 5 = 225 minutes a week. Suppose a proposed process takes 10 minutes a day plus a 20-minute weekly review: (10 × 5) + 20 = 70 minutes. That leaves 155 minutes, or 2 hours and 35 minutes, potentially reclaimed each week.

At an assumed rate of $80 an hour, that time is worth about $207 a week before software costs, or roughly $10,700 over a year. That is a time-value estimate, not cash savings. Cash comes from the software you stop paying for and the work you take on with the time you get back. A real assessment names the fix, verifies its current price and limits, and includes setup time and ongoing costs. You test the assumptions before relying on the estimate.

What happens after the assessment?

You can use the report and 4-day plan yourself. If you want help implementing a larger opportunity, we discuss whether AI Concierge fits on your review call. Continuing is your decision.

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

The report. It has to identify at least five reclaimable hours a week — named tasks, named tools, and math you can check yourself. If it doesn't, you say so on the review call and get the $999 back.

The guarantee covers identifying reclaimable hours. Realizing them depends on setting up and using the recommendations. The report includes a 4-day quick start; implementation support is a separate service.
