Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Zach Naon, operator of Painpoint, handles information received through zachnaon.com, assessment preparation and scheduling forms, calls, email, and related client services.

If you have a separate signed services agreement with Zach Naon, that agreement may include additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email address, business name, website, role, team size, business processes, software tools, scheduling preferences, questions, and other information you choose to share.

Assessment and client calls may be recorded and transcribed with notice and consent. Those recordings and transcripts can include information you discuss during the call.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive personal data through website forms.

Information collected automatically

The website host and analytics provider may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and campaign parameters. This information supports security, basic traffic measurement, and site improvement.

How information is used

  • Respond to questions and requested communications.
  • Confirm payment, prepare for and schedule an assessment, and deliver purchased work.
  • Understand your current processes, constraints, and goals.
  • Maintain business, tax, security, and engagement records.
  • Improve the website and services without publishing your private business details.
  • Prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Zach Naon does not sell your personal information. Information submitted for an assessment is not used to publish a case study, testimonial, or public example without separate permission.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers used to operate the website and deliver requested services:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and traffic analytics.
  • Stripe for checkout, payment processing, receipts, and transaction records. Zach Naon does not receive your full card number.
  • Jotform for website questions, assessment preparation, and client intake forms.
  • Calendly for appointment scheduling.
  • Google for email, calendar, video meetings, and business files.
  • Fathom for call recording and transcription when disclosed for the call.
  • Notion for client workspaces when used during a client engagement.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Different records may be retained for different periods.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including access controls and separation of client information from public website files. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you by emailing zachnaon@gmail.com. Some information may be retained when needed for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.

The services are intended for business owners and adult professionals, not children under 18. Zach Naon does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
