Six skills that read your inbox, your customer messages, and your week, then draft the work for you to check: who owes you money, who you owe a reply, what to fix, what to post, and what got done. Nothing gets sent until you send it.
One payment. Includes a live 30-minute setup call. Secure checkout via Stripe.
A skill is a file Claude reads before it does a job. Once it's installed, you say the sentence. The first time each one runs, it asks about your business in plain words and writes its own settings from your answers. Its first real run is a dry run, so you see the output before anything is saved.
Reads your inbox and sent mail and keeps three lists: replies you owe, replies you're owed, and things you promised by a date. It counts business days, and a "sorry, I'll have it this week" doesn't reset the clock on a missed Friday.
It sorts the morning's mail on the way through, filtered and filed by job, with a specific next step on every item.
Puts every email about money on one board: unpaid invoices with a chase written in your tone, bills by due date, quotes nobody answered, and every subscription that billed you.
Any request to change where money goes, such as new bank details or an urgent wire, goes to the top with one instruction: call them on a number you already have.
Drafts answers to customer messages using your own policies, quoted with where they came from. A separate check reads each draft for mistakes and claims it can't back up.
Refunds, cancellations, billing, legal questions, and angry customers always come to you.
Reads your reviews, call notes, and customer emails, counts which complaints keep coming back and from how many different customers, then picks the one costing you most.
You get one drafted fix per cycle: an email, a checklist, a template change.
Once a month it reads the jobs you finished, the reviews you got, and the questions customers keep asking, then hands whoever writes your posts a ranked list of ideas, each traced to something real.
It won't repeat an idea you used in the last 90 days.
Friday on one page: what got done, what slipped, next week's three things, and the hours the other five skills gave back, line by line with the math shown.
It never invents a baseline. If you haven't said how long a job took before, that skill counts zero.
Every pack comes with a live 30-minute setup call with me. You share your screen, we install the skills in your Claude account, answer each one's setup questions for your business, and run your first dry run before we hang up.
You book the call right after checkout.
Each skill reads, ranks, and drafts. None of them send email, pay bills, post, or change your accounts. They write files you read.
They also treat every email they read as information, never as instructions. A message telling the assistant to mark something urgent or approve a payment gets flagged and quoted back to you.
Works with a paid Claude plan, about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, not to me.
Want your whole week mapped first? The $999 AI Tools Assessment looks at how your business runs and finds at least 5 reclaimable hours a week, or the fee comes back. Not sure which fits? Ask me and I'll tell you.
No. If you can share your screen on a video call, we can install it together. After that you type a sentence.
Not with these skills. None of them can send, pay, post, or change an account. They write drafts and lists into files, and you choose what to do with them.
Each skill asks how your business works the first time it runs: what you call a job, who your clients and vendors are, what counts as urgent, how a chase email from you sounds. It works from your answers, not from a template. The questions fit any service business, from a landscaper to a dental office.
Any paid Claude plan, from about $20 a month, billed by Anthropic. The skills that read email need your email connected to Claude, which we set up on the call.
No. Most owners start with one or two. Weekly Review only counts the skills you actually ran.
