The $999 AI Tools Assessment is a diagnostic. It includes a 45-minute discovery call, a custom written report — specific time-draining tasks, 3–7 tools priced and verified, and the ROI math shown so you can check it — a 4-day quick-start plan, and a review call to walk through it together.
The guarantee
This assessment is guaranteed to identify at least 5 reclaimable hours a week in your business — specific tasks, named tools, and the math shown so you can check it. If it doesn't, tell me on the review call or within 30 days of delivery, and I'll refund the $999 in full.
To be clear on what that covers: the guarantee is on what the report identifies. Actually getting those hours back depends on you running the plan — that part's yours.
What the fee covers — and what it doesn't
The $999 covers the report and the review call. It doesn't include me setting the tools up for you; the 4-day plan is built so you don't need me to. If you'd rather have help implementing, that's a separate conversation — the AI Concierge retainer — and there's no obligation either way.
Your calls are recorded
The discovery call and the review call are recorded and transcribed — that transcript is how your report gets built accurately from what you actually said, rather than from my notes. By purchasing, you consent to the recording and transcription of these calls for the purpose of preparing and delivering your assessment. Recordings are used only for your engagement and are not shared or published.
Refunds & the claim window
The 30-day guarantee window runs from delivery of the report, not from the date of purchase. To claim, say so on the review call or reply to your delivery email within 30 days of it, and the $999 is refunded in full — no argument, no forms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
