Find out what is worth changing

The AI Tools Assessment costs $999. In a 45-minute discovery call, we look at your recurring tasks, current software, and what your team has tried before. Your report names specific tools and shows potential time value using your numbers, along with pricing and setup requirements.

You also get a four-day quick-start plan and a 30-minute review call. If the report cannot identify at least five reclaimable hours per week, the $999 is refunded under the assessment terms. The guarantee covers identifying those hours; realizing them requires implementation.

If you want support after the assessment, AI Concierge gives you two monthly working calls and support between calls. We build together in your tools, record what changed, and leave you with steps your team can follow.

You can also work through the assessment recommendations yourself. We discuss the next step on your review call.

Remote calls across the region

You can join from your office or home in Seattle or on the Eastside. For the assessment, bring the tools you use, the tasks that repeat, and your estimates of how long they take. For Concierge working calls, use a computer where you can share your screen and work in your business accounts.

Remote delivery means you can show me the workflow as you use it, without a trip across the lake. We agree on the task before changing anything in your accounts.
